Wasatch Back Beauty was created when Tawnya Ray was seeking a change of scenery from hospitals. After more than 12 years as a Labor & Delivery nurse and nurse manager, Tawnya became interested in injections and helping others to look and feel their best.
Tawnya is passionate about esthetics and strives to help others become the best version of themselves—feeling confident, healthy and beautiful on the inside and out.
Tawnya, along with her husband and three daughters, have called Heber Valley home for more than 14 years. Tawnya enjoys doing all things outdoors (as long as she doesn’t get too cold). She also loves a cold Diet Coke and getting to know others.
Tawnya continues to educate herself seeking out the latest advancements in services and products to help people be the best version of themselves.
SHAYNA SHIELDS, MASTER ESTHETICIAN
Shayna has lived in the Heber valley for 11 years. She began her skincare journey about 8 years ago as an esthetician. Eventually, she decided that she loved it so much she became a master esthetician.
Shayna brings her knowledge of the skin along with services such as facials, chemical peels and permanent makeup.
Shayna loves what she does. She loves making her clients feel good about themselves and connecting with so many people. She is excited to join the Wasatch Back Beauty Lab team taking another step in her journey with skincare.
